1. Introduction

Welcome to Karmicq Solutions, a client acquisition and marketing service for real estate professionals. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our marketing systems, websites, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Services

Karmicq Solutions provides marketing and client acquisition services specifically tailored for real estate businesses across the United States. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Running targeted Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns

• Attracting and qualifying high-intent buyer and seller prospects

• Managing all lead follow-up through automated and manual systems to deliver appointment-ready or pre-vetted clients

We do not guarantee a specific number of appointments or closings, as performance depends on market conditions and other external variables.

1. Payment Terms

Clients agree to the following payment terms:

• Monthly service fees as outlined in the client agreement

• Clients are responsible for all third-party ad spend costs (e.g., Meta Ads)

• Fees are due on the [Payment Date] each month, as specified in the client contract

• Late payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of services

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date business and licensing information

• Attend appointments and communicate with prospects in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure their services and operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations

• Acknowledge that Karmicq Solutions may contact prospects via SMS or phone calls on the client’s behalf, using opt-in compliant methods only

3. Term and Termination

The term of the agreement is defined in the individual client contract. Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Early termination may result in fees or conditions outlined in the contract.

4. No Guarantee

While we strive to deliver highly qualified prospects, we do not guarantee specific results such as closed deals or revenue. Success depends on market factors and the client’s ability to convert pre-qualified prospects.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karmicq Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Karmicq Solutions and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, and marketing frameworks provided by Karmicq Solutions are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or alter any materials without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or our website. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
